VICIOUSLY VINYLICIOUS Record Appreciation Blue Hour – FREE

In a run-up to Record Store Day on 20th April, vinyl stalwarts Vinylicious Records are taking over this Blue Hour with “music that feeds your soul”! Warm up to the surface noise of LPs as they sample tracks from B-side rarities to sounds from the underground and launch into a dialogue about why music isn’t compressed into ones and zeros!
FILM PHOTOGRAPHY DAY Party – FREE

Come pull some analogue shapes with us on April 12th as we celebrate our first official Film Photography Day! Sashay through our cascading Analogue Month photo exhibition, try your hand (and feet!) at Tic-Tac-Strobe – a night workshop/boogie with camera flashes as disco lights – and get the down lo-fi on how to live analogue from our LomoAmigos! Expect a night of good ol’ vinyl DJs, muddlin’ your own mojitos with our resident Film-ixologist and enjoy some flashy discounts while you’re at it!
ANALOGUE WEEK #7: THROUGH THE LOOKING-GLASS Premium Camera Tryout: LC-A+ – $10

Did you know you could develop negatives without a full lab set-up? With a few simple chemicals and a toilet to spare, shoot a roll of Black & White film and we’ll show you how to take it from there!
ANALOGUE WEEK #8: THE SCIENCE OF SLEEP LomoKino Workshop – $10
Sun, 21st April ’13 @ 3pm – 5pm
This time, we’re taking LomoKino films to a whole new level! Let your imagination run free as we explore a top-down shot of everyday objects moving by the power of telekinesis with the LomoKino!
ANALOGUE WEEK #9: WORLD PINHOLE DAY Diana F+ Pinhole Workshop – $10
Sun, 28th April ’13 @ 3pm – 5pm
We are going lens-less with this one as we celebrate the 13th World Pinhole Day! Did you know the Diana F+ is also a pinhole camera? Well, it’s time we strip down, get out of that rabbit hole and dive straight into the pinhole!
