The 2 photos with a large portrait represent Dominique Laboubée, charismatic leader of the The Dogs, one of the jewels of French punk rock of the 20th century. He was from Rouen, and the city paid tribute to him with this painting by street artist Jeff Aerosol.
The Dogs best album was "Too Much Class for the Neighborhood." I couldn't have said it better...
