You never know what you'll get with these old 127 roll film cameras. This is another Sprocket Rocket type precursor camera, made of bakelite plastic. You can often get these for $5-$20 on Ebay and usually they are in great condition. I have bought many of these over the years and only had one or two that did not work, so they are extremely reliable. Film is available at B&H or other online sources. Old School Photolab and the Darkroom are good sources for development. I urge everyone to pick one of these antique beauties up someday and give 127 a try...the whole vintage vibe is just so much fun.
